How to export your Activity Statement

1. Log in to IBKR Client Portal
2. Go to Performance & Reports → Statements
3. Select Activity statement
4. Set the period to the full tax year (e.g. Jan 1 – Dec 31)
5. Choose format CSV and download

Tips

• If you sold shares bought in earlier years, also export those years and import all CSVs together — kloPIT needs the full history for FIFO matching.
• Polish tax residency applies to the entire calendar year — if you became a resident mid-year, you still report worldwide income for the full year, so always export the complete calendar year statement.
