How to import your ESPP sale statements

1. Log in to the IBI Capital portal
2. Open My Reports (Activity / Reports section)
3. Download the Sale Of Stock Activity Statement PDF for each sale in the tax year
4. In kloPIT go to Data → Import and drop the PDFs — you can import several at once

Tips

• IBI issues one PDF per ESPP order, so a year with several sales will produce several PDFs — import them all together.
• Each PDF contains both the grant (buy) and execution (sell); kloPIT uses Price For Tax as the PL cost basis for that ESPP lot.
